Alupanel A-Lite Digital re-launch: The Precision Surface for High-Definition Print

If you've been printing on Alupanel A-Lite Digital, you already know what it's capable of. From Monday 30th March, the rest of the market will too.

We're relaunching Alupanel A-Lite Digital as our premium-tier Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) for the professional print industry — formalising what the product has always delivered, with a specification that finally matches its performance. The surface specification has been updated to reflect its 0.22mm 5005-series alloy supported digital print surface that highlights its greater rigidity, enhanced flatness, and improved resistance to the demands of high-speed production and exterior environments.

At the heart of the panel is a specialised Signal White digital coating — engineered for unrivalled ink adhesion, delivering brighter whites, richer colour intensity, and results that hold up long after installation. Whether direct UV printing, screen printing, or applying high quality vinyl, the surface performs consistently and at speed, without surprises.

In line with the entire Multipanel UK range of ACP, Alupanel A-Lite Digital is manufactured at our state of the art manufacturing facility in the UK, has our 100% recycled EU sourced LDPE core and A 2-year limited warranty backs every sheet.

Fire rated to EN13501 Class C-s2,do across the range it meets the spec for everyday print projects and for environments requiring a higher fire rating Alupanel A-Lite Digital is also available with a NF P 92-501 Class M1 classification core in the 3mm panel for specific industries where additional compliance matters.
