1. Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives, help strengthen supplier partnerships, and play a key role in enhancing our customer delivery.
In 2023, we were acquired by Grimco, a trusted sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has served the Sign & Graphics Industry for 150 Years. Since then, we have been on an exciting journey, investing in our people, processes, and product development as we continue to evolve and expand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement
- Improve how we test, validate, and manage product quality.
- Supplier Quality Assurance
2. Establish and manage a robust supplier validation and performance monitoring system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related quality issues.
- Lead the investigation of non-conforming materials and work with suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Play a key role in the quality-related aspects of onboarding new suppliers, ensuring their processes and materials meet Multipanel UK’s specifications and standards.
3. Customer Quality & Issue Resolution
- Manage the customer complaint and feedback process, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication.
4. Support the wider team and new product development with a data-driven insight.
- Analyse customer complaint data to identify recurring issues and initiate internal improvement projects to address them.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor the Quality team.
- Develop regular quality performance reports, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and the status of ongoing quality initiatives.

2. Production Operatives
We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operatives.
The Role
Full-time, permanent position
Location: Eythorne, Dover, UK.
Shift pattern: 4 on – 4 off (days & nights)
40.25 hours per week (12.5-hour shifts)
Competitive pay: £12.30 per hour (days), £14.15 per hour (nights) + opportunities for progression, overtime & bonuses
As part of our team, you will help manufacture high-quality aluminium composite panels, operate machinery, handle materials, and ensure smooth production.
Pay & Progression
Pay rises to £12.60 per hour (days) and £14.50 for nights after a 3-month probation period.
Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all 6 operator positions on the line (£13.90 per hour in 6–12 months on average)
Positions on the line include Stacking & Packing, Quality Control, Material Loading, and Operating Machinery.
Further progression opportunities to Deputy Zone Leader (£14.40 per hour), Zone Leader (£15.40 per hour), Deputy Shift Leader (£16.15 per hour), and Shift Leader (£18.40 per hour) as roles become available.
