Account Manager for Eastern Europe

Based at our Manufacturing facility in Eythorne near Dover.

40 hour week, Monday to Friday, 0830-1730, £22,000/annum + Bonuses 

Skills  

Proven track record of business development or growth within a sales environment - Proven track record of excellent customer service - Ability to work autonomously and motivate yourself as part of a team. - Ability to set targets and forecasting - Ability to understand the environment of manufacturing, sales and distribution, and what is essentially required to support our customers - Ability to introduce new products and extol their values and to back sell to end users through our distribution partners

Ideally proficient in languages spoken in the target markets of Eastern Europe

Summary of the post:

Key account management. To be the first point of contact to our customer base for all inbound queries and enquiries and to support all administrative functions of our customers. 

To support the strategy of the sales team to seek opportunities with current customers, new customers and large end users by proactively creating and following up all calls that lead to opportunities, appointments and quotations.

Native/near native level of German

These duties are not an exhaustive list and may encompass any other reasonable duties as defined by a senior manager in line with the job role and environment where necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Administrator for Purchasing and Production Department

Multipanel UK is an established manufacturer of aluminium composite materials based in Eythorne near Dover, Kent. Due to an exciting period of growth and investment, we are looking for a talented Administrator to assist the Purchase Manager and Production scheduler with their daily administrative and processing tasks.

Salary: £19 000 - £22 000 DOQ 

Location: Eythorne, Kent 

Reports to: Commercial Manager 

Hours: Mon to Fri, 08:30 – 17:00

Key responsibilities:


Assist the Purchase Manager and Production scheduler with their daily administrative and processing tasks.

Purchase administration

•             Raise purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies, with suppliers.

•             Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

•             Chase suppliers on confirmed delivery dates and book in the deliveries with the warehouses.

•             Ensure all goods are booked in on time with the warehouses.

•             Administer non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.

•             Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.

•             Produce and maintain all purchasing reports.

•             Manage any procurement activities

•             Assist the Purchasing Manager and Production Planner in other ad hoc responsibilities.

 

Production administration

•             Raise, amend and process production orders.

•             Create and maintain bill of materials for all finished goods.

 

Profile:

The successful applicant will have:

•             Previous experience in a related field (manufacture, purchase or production environment preferred);

•             Self-motivated

•             Reactive and able to handle a fast-paced environment

•             Ability to work to deadlines

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; Excel, Outlook

•             Attention to detail
