Sales Executive for the USA market (office-based)

Manufacturing based sales, or sales of manufactured goods across distribution, and some account management experience is important for this role.

Being able to use the phone to develop business as a key form of communication is imperative.

International sales experience is desirable.

Extra language desirable: Spanish

Working hours : We are looking for someone who can work later in the day, ideally 1/2pm to 9/10pm but 12 to 8pm at the latest, as they will have a lot of work on the west coast of the USA.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Make outbound calls to end users of our products
  • Make calls to leads and current customer base
  • Follow up to customers
  • Complete stock, price queries and quotes for customers
  • Follow up Sales Calls
  • Work on outbound campaigns
  • Complete all sales forms & any manufacturing specifications forms
  • Keep customer contacts up to date on CRM system
  • Contact customers advising on alternative items on orders
  • Resolve any issues with delays – keeping customer in the loop
  • Deal with and resolve complaints through to resolution
  • Debt Collection
  • Order negotiation
  • Take inbound calls
